From government funding to long-range master plans, Don’s ability to find common ground and foster teamwork is only overshadowed by his knowledge in environmental and civil engineering. He has helped guide the development of some of the region’s most significant water and wastewater improvements.

Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.
