Work with global pharmaceutical leader GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) spans over 6 years and includes more than 35 projects under an open-end company agreement.
The firm's partnership with GSK most recently includes the design of 12-person and 6-person global videoconferencing centers. Using state-of-the-art technology, these facilities allow GSK to conduct videoconferences with other offices throughout North America, Europe and GSK affiliates worldwide.
Pease designers, with input and guidance from GSK engineers and equipment consultants, developed the room layout, selected hardware and specified furniture designs. The final design is a semicircular pattern with life-sized images facilitating viewer input and interaction. This well-defined space contains enhanced room finishes, materials and illumination creating a comfortable and functional boardroom communication setting.
In addition, Pease has designed multiple interior renovations at GSK’s Research Triangle Park headquarters facility, including the following spaces:
